Campus Melbourne has a total of 237 rooms across 3 floors within the Together Co-living building
Any student, domestic, and international, aged 18+ who is enrolled in a Melbourne university, vocational college, English school or registered training provider.

• Live-in Residential Advisors who have a direct line to the General Manager.

Our team is trained to understand and adapt to diverse cultures. All students residing at Campus have to participate in an orientation program where we go through our Campus rules and values, which clearly state our expectations on inclusivity, and living in harmony as an open, caring and considerate community. Our Residential Advisors are available to discuss any issues, no matter how big or small.
A. Cancelling more than 30 days before agreement start date
The Student can cancel the booking (without penalty) provided written notice has been provided to Campus Melbourne at least 30 calendar days prior to the agreement start date.
B. Cancelling less than 30 days before agreement start date
If a cancellation is made to Campus Melbourne less than 30 days before the booking check-in date, the rent paid in advance may be retained.
C. Cancelling when the agreement has commenced
If a cancellation is made to Campus Melbourne post check-in, the rent paid in advance & security deposit may be retained.
Cancelling if you do not receive a Visa or Placement to study in Australia
A penalty will not be charged in the case where cancellation of the agreement is due to failure to secure an Offer of Enrolment or Student Visa. Written notice must be given to Campus at least 14 days before the agreement start date and supported with written verification confirming the decline of the offer and/or visa. An administration fee of $100 is applicable.
