What contract lengths do you provide?
We understand the importance of being able to have flexible lease options to suit all types of students, so we created contracts from 12-21 weeks, 22 weeks, 44 weeks and 52 weeks.
How many beds do you have?
Campus Perth has a total of 726 beds across our 11-storey high building
Who can live at Campus Perth?
Any student, domestic and international, aged 17+ who is enrolled in a Perth university, vocational college, English school or registered training provider.

What are your security features?
Safety and security is our top priority at Campus Perth. Our features include:

• Swipe cards for building and room access.

• Live in Residential Advisors who have a direct line to the General Manager.

How will you be across cultural differences?
We are taking a proactive approach by ensuring that our whole team understand how diverse each culture is. All students will have to participate in an orientation program where we will clearly state Campus Rules which will address expectations on considerate and harmonious community living, Australian values and the approachability of our Residential Advisors to communicate any issues (big or small).
What is your cancellation policy?
A.) You can cancel the booking by providing written notice at least 30 calendar days prior to the agreement start date. The security deposit may be retained.
B.) If a cancellation is made less than 30 days before the booking check-in date or after, the student will be breaching the T&Cs; therefore, the rent paid in advance & bond may be retained.
C.) Cancelling if you do not receive a Visa or Placement to study in Australia, a penalty will not be charged.
Do you provide housekeeping services?
Yes we do! All rates do include weekly housekeeping, which covers surfaces, sweeping, mopping, removing garbage. Residents are required to strip their own beds with the linen we provide once a week. The housekeeping team will collect weekly and drop off a fresh set of bedding and towels.
